At ClearFlow Gutter Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and products. Our refund and return policy ensures fairness and transparency for all customers.
 

Service Refunds

Because gutter installation and related services are custom projects completed on-site, refunds are generally not available once work has been performed or materials have been installed.

However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will inspect the issue and, if applicable, provide one of the following remedies:

  • Re-inspection and correction of workmanship issues

  • Replacement of defective materials under warranty

  • Partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved to satisfaction
     

Product Refunds (Uninstalled Materials)

If you purchase materials or accessories (such as gutter guards) that have not yet been installed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In resalable condition

A small restocking fee may apply for returned materials.
 

Cancellations

Customers may cancel scheduled services up to 48 hours before the appointment with no penalty.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a service call fee to cover preparation and scheduling costs.
